diversity is welcome here

embracing what makes you unique will lead you to

Self-Actualization.

Queer Spectrum Life Coaching’s mission is to coach individuals in the LGBTQIA+, Neurodiverse, and Invisible Illness communities in becoming their most fulfilled selves through growth, authenticity, and love.

You aren’t like everyone else and it tears you up inside.

You have tried so many things, but all attempts to fit in result in everything becoming even harder. You can’t “just do it.” You hate how hard everything is and you frequently blame yourself. You don’t trust yourself.

When you are wired differently, the typical doesn’t work for you, and that is not your fault.

Whether you are queer, neurodiverse, invisibly ill, in chronic pain, or all of the above, the toolbox that typicals give you fails to help you. But when we embrace our differences, we learn to work with what we have to be happy with our lives.

We need to think out of the box and try differently, not harder. We need to build our own toolboxes.

I don’t want to see a world where people are masking to survive, where they feel like they have to literally smile through their pain to make people around them comfortable.

We all deserve lives where we can grow into and be our authentic selves.

So many of us are living life masking just to survive, and forcing ourselves to smile through our pain to make people around us more comfortable.

This is not the way we are meant to live.

We all deserve

love.

We all deserve love.

“Natalie has been absolutely wonderful in offering guidance for me to reach any goals I needed to meet. She continuously gave me practical advice on how to not only reach any goals I had, but to ensure that my life and habits would continue improving in the meantime as well as long after the goals had been reached. She has been understanding, patient, kind, insightful, thorough--the list could continue on indefinitely. As a queer individual with ADHD, her advice has been especially effective for me as she not only worked around my ADHD, but gave me active tactics to work with my ADHD. If you need help figuring out your path, I cannot recommend Natalie enough.”
